Forming part of the Karwinskii family, this tall and densely leafed agave takes longer than other varieties to reach maturity due to its. Due to its inclination to grow in dry areas, Tobasiches take 12 to 15 years to reach maturity depending on the temperature and other environmental conditions. The longevity of this plant infuses the spirits made from it with a deep and complex flavor profile.

To produce one bottle of our Tobasiche it takes around 20 kg of agave.

As we work with a growing number of maestros, their production means can vary. Some prefer Artisanal while others give preference to Ancestral methods. And this significantly influences the taste of their spirits.
